How It All Began

Hello and welcome to AroundTownKids, Frisco's first kids event calendar and parent resource guide. The way this whole site got started is with our own experience in the spring of 2004. As a result, we wanted to make it easy for you as a busy mom or dad to find fun & interesting things to do with your children. 

Everyone's a busy parent today.  It can be time consuming and frustrating to keep up with all of the different lists, schedules and calendars. Originally for our own convenience, and now for yours, we compiled a list of all the fun kids events and kids activities in Frisco for children ages 0 - 12.  We've done the work so you don't have to!

To make this a complete and helpful resource for you, we included an online business directory that includes kid-friendly businesses in Frisco and beyond. If you are new to the area or a new mom, we hope you will find this especially helpful when you need to look for:
