Wiggly Holiday Party PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

• Pre-payment is Necessary to attend the Wiggly Holiday party. 
  

• Forms of Payment - PayPal, Credit Cards (MasterCard or Visa) or Personal Check.

•  Pre-payment is necessary by 11pm Tuesday, December 2nd

HOW TO PAY:     

        PAYPAL:

• You may pay by Paypal  -  $8.95/child - Click here to pay by PayPal. Sales tax Will be included for a total of $9.69.

• For your information, PayPal can be used to pay via credit card or as an electronic check.

                    3) CHECK AMOUNTS:

                        ONE CHILD - total of $9.69

                                   TWO CHILDREN - total of $19.38

                                  THREE CHILDREN - total of $27.07

 

•  Checks must be received by November 29th. 
  



CREDIT CARDS: (MC or VISA)     

• If you do not have a PayPal account, you may pay by credit card - MasterCard or Visa.  Email us for more information about the credit card option.

*AGES: The Wiggly Play Center policy is children UNDER AGE ONE are FREE.  They do have a separate play area for the smaller children to enjoy.
 

Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email. We will have a Check-list at the day of the event to mark you as PAID.  At that time you will also receive registration for Door Prizes and goodies for the kids.  You will also be allowed to attend our SPECIAL EVENTS in the Private Party Room.  There will not be any further charges unless you choose to purchase food from the Wiggly Cafe.
